Dear Readers,

The articles published in this edition discuss several important issues in Middle East studies, such as Yemen's human security, which is under serious threat due to the civil war, cooperation between the European Union and Libya in handling human trafficking cases, improving bilateral relations between Sudan and Indonesia through cultural diplomacy, analysis regarding the armed conflict in Idlib, as well as an analysis of Egypt's foreign policy in responding to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. We hope these studies broaden our insight into dynamics in the Middle East.
